  • Photographer, Medical Spa

    The Rejuva Center, at Williams

    Responsible for taking before and after pictures of patients with the FotoFinder system (photography software for consultation, documentation and presentation) utilizing templates for consistent patient positioning. Responsible for asking/tracking consents & for posting, updating, etc. patient photos on the website, social media, etc. Willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed, a role that’s in development.

    Education and Experience:

    • Experience in a medical cosmetic office preferred

    Essential Skills and Abilities:

    • Ability to make patients feel comfortable during the photo taking process, communicate efficiently to patient to ensure pictures are taken consistently following the template guidelines
    • Hard worker with the ability to multi-task
    • Ability to work as a team member with excellent communication skills
    • Well-organized with attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Treat patients and co-workers with respect
    • Empathetic to patient’s needs and concerns

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Attend Meetings: Daily huddles and weekly meetings
    • Daily Activities:
    • Take before and after pictures with an automated FotoFinder system
    • Set up templates based on Provider’s (Doctors, Nurses) feedback
    • Follow up with patients for consent to use their photos online, in office, etc.
    • Crop pictures based on feedback and present it in a form to be used for marketing and social media or given to patient
    • Store and label patient photos for retrieval during follow up appointments
    • Pull up pictures on TV monitor (if medical assistants need help)
    • Assist providers as necessary
    • Restock exam room supplies and help keep the office clean and neat (including laundry)
    • Inform provider of any patient feedback that may be expressed in the photo room
    • Order supplies/check inventory put away, linen, creams, etc.
    • Prioritize duties that center on patient care, supporting providers and staying on schedule
    • Shared Activities: Open & close the office, book appointments & answer phone calls (if short staffed), sell creams, get cream transfers, make cream samples, help file charts, cleaning
    • Assist Manager and Assistant Manager as needed
    • Record & Monitor Inventory: Cream inventory, filler inventory, injectable liquids inventory. Count these all daily
    • Other Duties: Performs other duties and assumes various responsibilities as determined by the management

  • Cool Sculpting Specialist – LPN

    Cool Sculpting Specialist – LPN

    We are looking for an outstanding, compassionate person with a strong customer service & sales background, to provide body treatments at our office in Latham, NY. Must be a team player with a friendly and positive attitude, and have a passion for the medical/cosmetic industry. Will train the right candidate.

    CoolSculpting is a revolutionary non-surgical contouring treatment that freezes stubborn fat, which then is naturally eliminated from your body. No needles, no special diets, no supplements, no surgery & no downtime.

    This position is responsible for the consultation, sale, and delivery of treatment. Extensive patient follow up and excellent customer service skills are key components to the success of this role.

    Education/Qualifications:

    • Have excellent interpersonal skills & customer service skills
    • LPN with outstanding patient care history
    • Sales Background preferred
    • Experienced with CoolSculpting procedures and patient consultations preferred but will train the right candidate

    Responsibilities

    • Provide care, assessment, consultation, treatment planning, implementation and evaluation of treatments
    • Organize and assist with special events such as expos, seminars, etc.
    • Clean, sanitize, organize and maintain equipment and procedure room, to ensure a safe, sanitary and healthy environment
    • Respond to inquiries about treatments professionally and efficiently
    • Maintains patient medical records detailing all treatment procedures, medication history, consent to treat, and educational materials received
    • Maintains daily laundry used for aesthetic patients
    • Orders and stocks supplies as needed for treatment rooms and retail (record & monitor Inventory)
    • Maintains a positive attitude by caring and being supportive of patients, visitors, providers and fellow team members
    • Shared Activities: Open & close the office, book appointments, etc.

    Aesthetics Office

    Responsible for assisting providers as needed, with an ability to anticipate their needs and act proactively. Medical assistant is expected to be by provider’s side 99% of the time assisting them as needed, including proactively greeting patients, indicating to providers where to go next, to give the ability for providers to focus on patient treatment.

    *Hours subject to change based on Provider’s schedule

    • Previous experience in a medical aesthetics office preferred but not required. We will train the right person.
    • Warm and friendly personality (ability to work well with others in a fun environment)

    Responsibilities
      Assist Providers with flow of patients -take patient from waiting area into the treatment room, set up treatment trays with all necessary items (ice, gauze, gloves, hibiclease, alcohol, distilled water) & clean the trays to get ready for the next patientTake photos (before and after), transfer pictures, print, pull up pictures on the TV monitorAssist providers with all procedures (including lasers unless otherwise specified)Be timely with numbing patients to facilitate being on schedule (please do not leave patient waiting in the waiting room for the provider to get them)Bring patient fee slip to the front desk after their treatment, turn over treatment room, make sure it is cleanRestock exam room supplies and help keep the office clean and neat (including laundry)Inform provider of any patient concerns (go over pre/post instructions)Clean instrumentsAssist providers in documenting in patient chart/fill-out treatment sheets as neededOrder supplies/check inventory put away, linen, creams, etc.Clean and stock treatment rooms daily and turn over after every patient, take the linens and garbage outPrioritize duties that center on patient care, supporting providers and staying on scheduleOrdering supplies, laundry and any other activities should occur during downtimes (last min cancellations, in between appointments etc.)Shared Activities: Open & close the office, book appointments, answer phone calls, sell creams, get cream transfers, make cream samples, help file charts, cleaningAssist Office Manager and Assistant Manager as neededRecord & Monitor Inventory: Cream inventory, filler inventory, injectable liquids inventory.
